Meet the Founder & Creative Designer

Hi, my name is MacKenzie Zink, the proud owner of Desert Sage Events & Rentals, I enjoy providing wedding and event planning, coordination, education and rental services in the Reno, Tahoe, the Carson Valley, and surrounding areas!
I am a born and raised Nevadian, married to my best friend & a fur-mama to a Golden Retriever named Hank! I love planning weddings and events, traveling, Highland cows, and the outdoors!
I decided to make the leap to start my own wedding/event planning business while I was planning my own wedding. I fell in love with all the organization and details that were part of the planning process, and decided I wanted to help other couples make their dreams become a reality and helping eliminate some off some of the stress of wedding/event planning. 
I love getting to know each couple and helping them plan a day that is a true reflection of them from start to finish. I focus on even the smallest of details that sometimes turn out to be the most important!
